FORM Construction + Fitout worked in partnership with Leyton Property to deliver a new mycar depot in Gawler.
Completed in just 7 months, the depot , includes a 333 m² workshop with four bays, a 55.1 m² office and amenities area, and 653 m² of pavements. Hoists were supplied and installed by mycar during construction, made possible through our flexible delivery approach, allowing seamless coordination alongside ongoing works.
The finished space also features a high quality epoxy floor coating with a slip rating, delivering both safety and long term durability. It’s rewarding to see how this new facility will support MyCar’s continued growth and improve service efficiency for the Gawler community, setting a new standard for automotive development in the region.
